today i would like to share the recipe of carrot pola- dessert
previously i was uploaded the recipe of mutta pola / egg cake
so many viewers tried that one and shared their good feedback with me...so happy
in this recipe also we need very few ingredients
and in this recipe i didn't use any flour / baking powder/ bread
if you really need ...you can add
and this recipe shared by suhaila from kannur..she is my husband college mate
and in my place also all Muslim family they are serving this on ifthar..it is really super tasty dish
and you can give this to your kids...bcz we are using eggs and carrots for this recipe

so lets get started
carrot - 3 nos medium size
always try to follow the correct measurements
cut it into slices
add this to a pressure cooker
add enough water
close it.. 2 whistle
carrot well cooked
strain the water
when it is cooled ..strain it and add to a mixer grinder jar
blend it well like smooth paste
it is blend well
now we can add rest of the ingredients
sugar - 4 tbsp
you can add more according to your taste
cardamom powder 1 tsp
milk powder - 3 tbsp
you can add up to 4 tbsp
now we can add egg
for 3 medium size carrot use 5 eggs
if we change the numbers like 3 the carrot pola becomes flat like dosa
so try to follow the correct measurements
here am using large size eggs ...so i used 4 nos
so if it is small use 5 nos
so here i add 4 eggs
so if you want you can add 1 & 1/2 tbsp of all purpose flour or 1 slice of bread
it is optional only
blend it well for 3 to 4 minutes
so the batter is ready
so you can make this in different methods
you can use a sauce pan..and preheat it for 5 minutes in high flame
and grease it all sides with ghee
pour the batter and close it with a lid
and keep the flame ...very low bake for 30 minutes
but the better way ,keep a tawa and on top of that place the cooker
preheat for 5 minutes
grease it with ghee / veg oil
pour the batter
close it with the lid
keep on high flame on 1 minute
you can roast cashew nuts and raisins in ghee and add this to the batter after 1 minute
after one minute keep in very low flame
open the lid and add raisins
close it and cook for 40 to 45 minutes in very low flame
after 45 minutes
now it is well cooked ...the stick is clean
when it is cooled..we can cut
it is ready now
