Hello Friends Welcome to Annai Samayal Channel
Today we are going to make Carrot Vermicelli Kheer
Water as Needed
Carrot - 2 (Peeled)
Badam - 3 Cashewnuts - 3
Close the Pressure cooker and Cook it for Two Whistles
Now the Carrot is Cooked well
Grind Carrot, Cashewnuts Badam (Remove skin) into Fine Paste in a Mixer Grinder
Add Water - 2 Cup
Vermicelli - 1/2 Cup (Roasted)
Shredded Carrot - 1
Wait till It cooked
Its Cooked well
Salt - A pinch
Add Milk - 2 Cups in a Pan
Use Thick Milk to Get Good Taste
Add Grinded Carrot Paste
Mix Well without any Lumps
Keep it in Low Flame for Two Minutes
Sugar - 1/2 Cup
You may adjust the Sugar Quantity according to your taste
Wait till Sugar gets dissolved in Milk
Ghee -1 Tsp
Almonds - 3 Finely Chopped Cashewnuts as needed
Raisins and Black Raisins
Its Roasted now and Add it in the Payasam
Crushed Cardamom - 3
Soak Saffron Strings in warm milk and add it in the payasam
Mix well
Add the roasted Almonds, Cashewnuts and Raisins
Now Carrot Vermicelli Kheer is Ready to Serve
