Canning Carrots - - hot water bath method
This is the easiest method for canning carrots. Once it is finished then when you want to eat/use the carrots you can simply just open a can and heat it in a pot or add to a soup or stew towards the end of cooking process because the carrots are already cooked and you don't want them to be mushy. This is a great way to save carrots from your garden for the winter/colder months of the year. However, you can also do this especially if you can find a great deal on carrots at your local food store or farmers market.
